#YGLetLisadoHerWork: Bvlgari Explains Why BLACKPINK Lisa Cant Attend Events for the Luxury Brand Despite Being in Paris
BLACKPINK Lisa’s fans express disappointment to YG Entertainment after the revelation of Bvlgari’s CEO that the agency prefers Lisa not to attend their events – for this reason.
On October 5, the Bvlgari CEO Jean-Christophe Babin posted a photo of BLACKPINK Lisa during her departure from Korea to attend Paris Fashion Week.
Undoubtedly, the CEO was ecstatic. However, he also conveyed a piece of the unfortunate news that irked fans.
On October 5, the “LALISA” singer arrived in France for Paris Fashion Week, the prestigious event which the other BLACKPINK members also attended as global ambassadors.
On Instagram, Jean-Christophe Babin, the CEO of Bvlgari, also welcomed the K-pop fashion icon in Europe. The luxury brand also showed interest in them working together face-to-face.
In particular, the luxury brand’s main headquarters is in Italy; thus, many are expecting that Lisa can travel from France to Italy for her other activities.
But according to the CEO, Lisa will not be participating in their show this year.

Babin wrote on his personal account, “Our ambassador Lisa is in Europe. Unfortunately, due to (coronavirus), her agency prefers her not participating in events or shows.”
The Bvlgari CEO continued that is also the reason why Lisa can’t have a photoshoot along with the other muses, such as Zendaya, Lily Aldridge, and Vittoria Ceretti for its Brand Campaign 2021/22.
Nevertheless, Babin attested that they will work harder to make it happen and do a major event soon – asking fans to wait for a little longer.
In the comments, the CEO once again vented out his frustrations, saying, “It’s a pity as we have an incredible Blvgari event in Milano tomorrow and she won’t attend.”

The hashtag #YGLetLisadoHerWork reigned at No. 1 on the social media platform’s trending list, with fans expressing how YG Entertainment “mistreated” Lisa once again this time.
While fans are extremely happy that Jisoo, Jennie, and Rosé were able to represent their brands, Lisa’s supporters can’t hide their anger as the restriction only applied when it comes to Lisa.

The phrase, “JUSTICE FOR LISA” also trended, asking YG Entertainment to treat BLACKPINK members fairly when it comes to promotion and activities.
As the issue escalates, fans were enraged even more when they found out that Lisa’s playlist in Spotify was removed by YG Entertainment – asking for an explanation.
